Dr. Alsouss has been amazing with remarkable kindness and very smart.. he leads a very good staff. Kelsey was amazing and did my fillings, she's been so understanding. Sam the hygenist was thorough and incredible. Thsy are thorough and actuslly check you for gum disease thoroughly.. I appreciate your help. I appreciate the technology here as far as the X-Rays as well. I will update this review soon to include my Fiance's treatment as I don't remember names as well as the lady at the Front Desk with the glasses yesterday, you were very kind explaining the issues with my failed fillings. I wish I went to this clinic a long time ago as I am fixing work that has been done recently from elsewhere and work that has needed to be Thank you. Being kind to others is the most important thing to get through this life.

I came in as a new patient and I was in a lot of pain. I spoke with a young lady at the front desk with short hair, I think her name is Brianna. She was so pleasant to talk to. Got me in right away. This place has the best atmosphere and made me feel at ease. 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is a very nice office with friendly and professional staff. However, I was extremely disappointed by my experience regarding insurance verification and billing. I called the office on three separate occasions prior to my appointment (and once last year as well) to confirm that they were in-network with my insurance plan. Each time, I was told that they were in-network and that my estimated out-of-pocket cost would be $33. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that I actually owed $120. After the visit, I contacted my insurance company and was advised that this office was not in-network with my plan. I understand that insurance coverage can be complicated, but patients rely on the information provided by a dental office when making healthcare decisions. Accurate insurance verification is important, and no patient should have to pay more than expected because they were given incorrect information. While the staff was courteous, this experience left me frustrated and disappointed.

My experience at Glacial Dental was beyond my expectations—from check-in to walking out the door. At my first appointment, the office staff was incredibly friendly. While I was waiting to be seen, the power went out in the building and surrounding area. Since it was my first visit and I already had some anxiety from past dental experiences, I was a little nervous but the staff handled it professionally. They apologized and helped me reschedule, even calling me the very next day to follow up. When I returned, I felt much more prepared and less anxious (and yes, the lights stayed on this time, lol). After checking in, Kelsey greeted me and gave me a full tour of the facility. It honestly felt like an onboarding experience in the best way possible. What really stood out was the employee recognition wall, where I noticed Kelsey’s name multiple times. That spoke volumes before she even said a word. By the time we got to the room, my nerves had already started to ease. I shared my past dental fears, and Kelsey was understanding, reassuring, and kind. She even offered me water and introduced me to the heated massage chair, something I had never experienced at a dentist before! I was so

This was, by far, the best dental care experience of my life. I experience a lot of the normal anxieties around going to the dentist but this practice provides a very calm, relaxed, understanding, accessible environment that makes it easier to relax and not dread your next visit.
